Joining instructions will be available a few weeks before the conference.
LILAC 2023 will be held on the Sidgwick Site (CB3 9DA), one of the largest University sites in the city.

We advise all conference participants to use public transport. Should you need it for directions, the postcode of the Brooks Building is CB3 9DA.
There are several taxi companies servicing Cambridge. There is a Taxi rank at the railway station. Full details of Taxi ranks can be found on Cambridge Plus Taxis.
Bookable taxi services include:
Conference registration, parallel sessions, CILIP IL Group AGM, and all refreshment and lunch breaks will mainly be held on the Sidgwick Site, CB3 9DA.
If you need to contact someone from LILAC at any point there will be someone at the registration desk. LILAC committee members will be wearing purple LILAC t-shirts, volunteers will have orange lanyards.
Wireless internet access is available campus-wide. If you are visiting from an institution that participates in the eduroam scheme, you can login to the secure eduroam service using your usual username and password.

Café
The Sidgwick site has one café, the Arc Café in the Alison Richard Building (see map).
Shops
There are no shops on the Sidgwick site. There are a lot of shops in the centre of town, near the Market Square, Trinity Street, Kings Parade.
