We want to consider the nature of teaching in a “third space” environment and discover how current practices sustain and support library staff in their roles as teachers, instructors, and facilitators. Through this, we plan to provide a sustainable structure to assist library professionals when engaging with PD in an ever-evolving profession. L2L is a two year collaborative project based in Ireland, led by Dundalk IT, Dublin IT, and IT Carlow.
