International delegates

The LILAC conference has a truly international flavour. In 2009 we welcomed delegates from North and South America, Australia, Europe and Scandinavia. Many of these delegates presented papers giving a genuinely international perspective on information literacy themes and practice. 

Join us for our International Welcome event. Sunday March 28th, Terrace Cafe, Strand Hotel from 4pm-5pm. As a small thank you for travelling so far, we would like to invite you to a traditional 'Irish Tea'. We will be serving old fashioned leaf tea (coffer or juice if you prefer) and a yummy selection of Irish treats. This will be an ideal opportunity for you to meet your organizing committee and other delegates before the start of the conference. Please book your place online using the parallel booking system.

The LILAC Committee have appointed a representative for international delegates attending LILAC 2010.  Nigel Morgan (morgannj@Cardiff.ac.uk) can be contacted if any international delegates have any queries about their attendance at the conference.
