Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when booking a place at LILAC.
Payment of invoice
Payment of invoice is due 30 days from when it is issued. Late payment will result in your place being released.
Cancellation policy
- You my cancel your place up to 28 days before the conference and receive a full refund
- Cancellation 27 – 15 days before the conference and you will receive a refund of half your conference fee
- Cancellation 14 days before the conference and no refund will be given .
