Payment of invoice

• Payment of invoice is due 30 days from when it is issued. Late payment will result in your place being released.

Cancellation policy

• You my cancel your place up to 28 days before the conference and receive a full refund
• Cancellation 27 – 15 days before the conference and you will receive a refund of half your conference fee
• Cancellation 14 days before the conference and no refund will be given
