Student Award sponsored by The LearnHigher Information Literacy Learning Area at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Applicants need to write a (maximum 500 words) statement about the
importance of information literacy and how attendance at the LILAC
conference will be of benefit to them in their future career.

The award will cover the full conference and 2 nd class travel expenses (within the UK ).

Applications should be in Word format and emailed to Jane Secker: j.secker@lse.ac.uk by January 18th 2008.

The successful applicant will be expected to maintain a conference blog over the three days. Technical support will be provided.
