The CSG IL Group Practitioner of the Year Award for the most inventive initiative in the sphere of information literacy.

The CSG Information Literacy Group are pleased to announce the winner of the Information Literacy Practitioner Award.  The recipient of this award is being recognised for their outstanding achievements in innovation within the area of information literacy.

The winner was announced at the Conference dinner at LILAC 2008 and was presented by Sheila Corrall.

The winner is..........

Nigel Morgan from the University of Cardiff

for his work on making library induction interesting using something called the 'Cephalonian induction' and helping write HILT, Cardiff's staff handbook on IL teaching.
